A: Yes, all orders include insurance. Additional insurance may be required depending on the contents of the order. In the event more insurance than the pre-determined insurance coverage is requested or required, we will contact you.

A: We carefully package items with appropriate materials and use carrier services that have proven track records as well as include or offer insurance coverage as an additional safeguard for your purchases.

DAMAGED PACKAGE & RETURN/REPLACEMENT/REFUND POLICY PROCESS:


Please contact us at mgb@littleacornbooks.com before you return any order or portion of an order.

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. 

We will then contact you on how to proceed. 

  • Let us know if it is damaged or you received the wrong product?
  • If it is damaged, please include pictures of the package and the item in your correspondence.
  • If you received the wrong product, please identify the product you ordered and return the wrong item.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your returned damaged or wrong item.
  • Replacements are processed upon receiving your returned damaged or wrong item.
